- So, I'm currently working on quite a few things, which took my attention away from the existence of this blog. Some of these things, are purely for fun, others, could very well end up making me some money -- a very nice, little bonus.
- The first thing I'm working on, is a 13,000+ word story for a magazine, which would pay anywhere from 6 cents a word to 9 cents a word -- a generous amount. However, the only catch is that they have to like what I write the most, but hey, even if it's rejected, at least I tried.
- The second thing, is another story, though it's limited to 5,000 words and is for yet another magazine. I doubt it'll be the one selected, but at least I can say that I tried.
-The third thing, is that the month of November is National November Writing Month, or "Na No Wri Mo" as some people may know it by. The goal is to write a novel, containing 50,000 words -- this is all about the quantity, not the quality.
- The fourth thing, is that I was thinking about writing something for a website, which needs to be under 6,000 words long.

Missed an Update.
I missed an update yesterday, didn't I? Oh well, I'll make it up now I guess.
Yesterday:
I didn't do much for most of the day. I talked to some friends, ate some food, played some games and continued working on my four realms for the next part of the novel. I always had the ideas in mind, but just recently I decided paper was best. I also drew some stuff, but because of a crappy printer/scanner I can't show any.
Today:
Sick, and bored.

Daily Update.
Today was an interesting day, started out with me waking up around mid-afternoon [Unable to sleep earlier] and ended up with me buying a PS3. Today I got up and started the day normally, just checking on some stuff was all. Then, I notice that I have 830$ and I also noticed that I finished the Disgaea Anime. Now I decided to play the games, using a PS2 [Rented games] and I had a load of fun with them.
In order to continue the series I bought a PS3, Assassin's Creed, Valkyria Chronicles, Disgaea [1], Disgaea 2, Disgaea DS, and Disgaea 3. Nice buy for me, since I still have 330$ left. ^^
That's it for now, maybe more later.

New Month.
It's now May 1st, which is a nice time of year since it means that summer is right around the corner. My birthday is about a month away, actually which can be perceived as a good thing by me since people like buying me stuff on that day.
I decided to go and buy a PS3 [Despite the fact that I own an Xbox 360 anyway] and I intend on purchasing the Disgaea games [I also have a PS2] since I enjoyed the show and am rather sad at the abrupt end. It should be interesting nevertheless, and I do enjoy the characters within it. It's also convinced me to draw again, which is a good thing ^^
However, I did get sick. No, it's not the Swine Flu everyone has been going nuts over, it's probably nothing more than a common cold. If anything at all. Though, tonight it's movie night which involves plenty of late night movies along with party-like snacks. Shouldn't be too bad.
Short entry, but that's all I got. Thanks for reading!

Daily Update.
So now I have a cough, quite a nasty little bugger, and does annoy me when I try to talk at times. I highly doubt it has anything to do with that "Swine Flu" that everyone is freaking over. Just a cough, though I do admit that I fit quite a few of the minor symptoms, however having the flu, or any type of flu is treatable in the first place. This sure as hell isn't the first time someone got sick with influenza of any form. It's just out and in a widespread. Nothing major.
However, onto events of the day. Today was a rather standard day, nothing exceptional occurred throughout the hours. All I did was type some information on the four realms of which the book takes place in [Mostly the Mortal Realm, though I won't say the others as to not ruin the surprise]. I still have yet to reopen that document and continue typing the sixth draft of Chapter 2, just not in the mood I guess. Can't wait to get further on though.
In the mail I received one of the copies of Lye Street by Alan Campbell [Who has a blog somewhere on this site if you want to know who he is]. I have yet to start it, but with my fascination of the character "Carnival" and my initial enjoyment of Scar Night doubt that it'll be something for me not to enjoy. Looks quite promising as well. Oh, and I do have intentions to try and sketch some of the characters, like perhaps Carnival or Menoa when I get the time. I did do some chibi doodles of Iril [Even though he's a shattered wreck] and it turned out pretty neat.
However, there are other things I do as well. Lately I have been looking for a Forum Banner for the somewhat well-known Anime/Manga called Trinity Blood. I just liked the show and the Manga, and so had been searching for a banner featuring a Crusnik to use on a site. Not a big deal, just something to add more customization is all.
Tomorrow is movie night/"fright" night which is when the family and I rent a bunch of stupid horror movies and watch them while eating food that would kill a normal person. It's fun, though I have yet to really be entertained by anything, outside of Friday the 13th and The Excorsist.
Today wasn't a very facsinating day, I know, so this entry ends here. Thanks for reading!

Daily Update.
This is another Daily Update, which are "daily" of course, I may post more than one entry per day if I see a reason to, or if I have any wish to do so. But enough of the nature of the entry title, let's move on to the actual entry itself, shall we?
-1) The book, again I'm still in the standard sized Chapter Two, I know I need to do something about that, but the typing process has been overall slow. However, I have gone to some resources and looked at some information when it comes to publishing and everything is working out smoothly. Other things relating to this book is that I have started to get into some of the past aspects of some of the locations. These aspects [Origins] of these locations play no role in the first book itself, but might within the other two. If these places and people aren't explained at all in the series in the way I wrote them up, well I guess I could do a special. Assuming that I'm a "success" and actually could do a special =P
-2) Real life has been pretty boring, everything is still the same and my plans haven't changed yet. There are many interesting things that have happened, such as getting a picture taken [I look bad in pictures] as well as finishing up a book I was reading. The ending was superb in my opinion. If you want to know the book, just post a comment asking or something. I'll get back to you in due time.
-3) Internet life has been pretty busy. Talking with friends, getting some plans on aspects of the book looked at by others who are willing to do so and to see if it works. I also have been bothered to do things on a site that I don't have the authorization to do, so I had to go to someone who had the authorization and that's where it was cleared. Twenty minutes of hunting people down though ><
-4) Conclusion: This entry didn't have all that much information in it, but future entries will. [Especially when I get closer to attempting to get published!]. Thanks for reading!

Daily Update.
I do hope to be able to update this as close to daily as possible. Of course, there may be days I won't be able to post since something may be going on that day. Right now, my day has been quite uneventful to tell the truth. However, there is a nice website -- for writing -- that caught my attention.
The creator of the website is aspiring to become a publisher, or editor [Or something in relation to that] and to show her passion for the subject, she created a website for aspiring authors to post their works and receive the proper feedback. This site has so far been working fine, though it is still quite young in age.
Staff applications are still able to be sent in for it [I'm Spink, Forum Moderator of Reviews and Lessons] and it'd be great to have people who want to devote their time to come help out a bit. The site is very small at the moment, consisting of eleven or so members [Most are the staff] but hopefully that will change as time goes on. I do not know if it will receive a proper Domain Name or not, but I hope that sometime in the future it becomes a full -- official -- site. Of course, if my novel does bring in a nice profit [Remember; it's not all about the profit ;)] I may donate some money to the site Administrator to try and actually get it to become an actual website that could be found on Google [One error in the spelling of "Google" made everyone I knew call it "Goofle" for the longest time].
However, that all depends whether or not the site is still in existence within later years. So rather than be content with our small member/staff body, I decided to advertise a bit here for any people who are hoping to get into an "Online Writers' Group". Sure we don't do Real Life meetings, but it still helps. Better than nothing, no?
Here's the address; Link to website
Other things going on at the moment would be the fact that I proudly ordered Alan Campbell's Lye Street. I do highly recommend his works to anyone who enjoys Fantasy with Steampunk elements. Great fun to read, I love it.
